Location: Burlington, VT
Pay: $45.00–$52.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 30+ Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule
Additional Pay: Door-to-Door Pay + Mileage Reimbursement + Shift Differential

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one infusion care to patients in their homes throughout the Burlington area.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical independence, schedule flexibility, and building meaningful relationships with patients outside of a traditional hospital setting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and effectively in patients' homes.
• Provide one-on-one nursing care based on each patient's treatment plan.
• Utilize strong IV start and infusion therapy skills to deliver quality care.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and ongoing care.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate relevant clinical updates.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other members of the care team.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong IV start skills required.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel to patients' homes.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based clinical environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Home infusion nursing experience.
• Infusion therapy or IV medication administration experience.
• Home health or other independent patient-care experience.

SCHEDULE & ADDITIONAL PAY

• Part-time schedule of 30+ hours per week .
