As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community.Qualifications:Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug screeningsMust possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.Must possess basic computer skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Services or Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities or High School diploma or GED and 4 years of experience with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesEssential Functions:Assists the individual in finding and maintaining housing according to their person directed plan and financial profileProvides assistance and training in daily living skills, personal finance, safety, social skills and self-advocacy to encourage independenceProvides services and documentation according to regulatory requirementsPerforms other duties as assignedHourly: $15.00SR97A11This position will remain open until filled.
