- TrainAdvisors to greet everycustomer that enters our facilitywith hospitalityand thehighest level of respect
- TrainAdvisors to present thebest solution to properly repairourcustomer'svehicle in away that is easy forthem tounderstand
- Managethestore's workflow in aneffective and efficientmanner
- TrainAdvisors to possess theability to consistently andeffectively sell ourserviceswithout jeopardizinghonesty and integrity
- Maintainapositive attitude andteam atmosphere at all times
- Usethephone in a professionalmanner, always with theintention of creating along-termrelationship betweenthe store, yourself and the customer
- Superviseand direct employees
- Preparebusiness goals for eachmonth as well as each year
- Toactin aprofessional mannerthat reflects thequalityorganization you represent
- Alwaysproject an attitudeof honesty and integrity
- Direct,coordinate, andparticipate in performing customer serviceactivities asdictated by workload
- Ensurethatall work is performedto proper specifications
- Assistotheremployees asneeded
- Fiveyearsrelated experienceand/or training; orequivalent combination of educationandexperience.
- Graduationfrom an industryrecognized service training program alsopreferred by notrequired.
- Current driver's license
- Proofofminimum state requiredinsurance on personalvehicle.
- Drivingrecord acceptable to ourcurrent insurance carrier.
- Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retailautomotivemarket.
