Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in software quality assurance performing test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce application testing including configurations, custom workflows, and object security models.
- Experience with validating backend interfaces using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in Agile software delivery processes utilizing Scrum or Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- Experience with utilizing Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and test management tools such as QMetry or Zephyr.
- Experience in executing end-to-end data integrity validation across integrated systems such as Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex bug scenarios and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, positive/negative test cases, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Validate Salesforce platform configurations, advanced workflows, and data integrations with external data sources.
- Perform comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple workstreams.
- Test user roles and object permissions to validate data privacy and system security controls.
- Log, track, and manage software defects systematically using Jira, Zephyr, and QMetry platforms.
- Validate end-to-end data integrity, data conversion scripts, and third-party web services.
- Collaborate directly with developers and business stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria and resolve issues.
