About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to be the strategic leader in the design and execution of a global total rewards strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive and market-competitive total rewards program that aligns with business objectives and fosters a high-performance culture. This role involves close collaboration with global talent teams, executive management, and the Board of Directors to ensure the strategy is effective in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent. The VP, Total Rewards will also be instrumental in the development and implementation of executive reward systems, as well as leading acquisition due diligence and integration efforts. Candidates for the VP, Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and professional certifications being a plus. A minimum of 15 years' experience in total rewards, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, is required, preferably in a global, public company. The role demands deep expertise in designing rewards strategies that meet global and local requirements, as well as experience in M&A due diligence and integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with the Board and Compensation Committee, and experience with HRIS and compensation tools, with a preference for Workday HCM and AI experience. Critical leadership skills include business acumen, decisiveness, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
