About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Business Services (GBS) to lead a large, globally distributed organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end service towers, centers of excellence, process excellence, data enablement, digital transformation, business insights, and regional delivery hubs. This role demands a leader who can integrate talent and strategic delivery partners to serve the enterprise at scale, with a focus on enterprise strategy, operating model, performance, transformation, talent, and sustained value delivery. The Vice President will be the executive accountable for the GBS, setting the strategic vision, and ensuring its execution across a complex, multinational environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive experience, including significant executive leadership in global operations, shared services, or GBS, and enterprise transformation. The role requires a proven track record in transforming a shared-services organization into an integrated GBS model, with a strong emphasis on digital and AI enablement, and a practical understanding of digital transformation, automation, and technology-enabled operating model redesign. The ideal candidate will have exceptional global people leadership skills, be adept at building and leading diverse teams, and have the ability to influence and challenge at the C-suite level. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The candidate should be a strategic, pragmatic, and talent-centric leader, with a strong focus on customer and outcome obsession, and a commitment to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learning.
