Senior Transactional Tax Attorney - M&A & Finance

Baker Donelson

A prominent law firm in Fort Lauderdale seeks a shareholder or counsel-level Business Transactional Tax attorney with over 10 years of experience. You will assist clients in structuring financial transactions, provide guidance on tax aspects, and develop strong client relationships. An LL.M in Tax and extensive knowledge of tax laws are preferred. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor junior attorneys while working on complex tax-driven corporate transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
