Role Description

As a full-time Senior Accountant at Axxiom Elevator, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This includes managing financial records, preparing reports, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting with budgets, and supporting audits to maintain the organization's financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the general ledger for accurate financial reporting
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant accounting standards
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct cash flow analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information
• Assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Perform technical accounting research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with tax planning and compliance activities
• Utilize accounting software, such as Business Central or Dynamics, to record and track financial transactions

Qualifications:

• Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Must reside in or near the Pompano Beach, Florida area

Pay Range is starts at 85,000 annually
