Join our Centralized RN Triage Team full-time, where you'll play a critical role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the full lifespan assessing, triaging, and coordinating care for patients through telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters from one centralized hub. You'll leverage your full nursing skill set to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs in real time, collaborating closely with a passionate team of clinicians who are just as dedicated to quality outcomes as you are. Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's degree in nursing, or
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 18 months professional nursing experience.
