Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations of students and their families to assess mental health needs, strengths, and potential barriers to success.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessments, tailoring interventions to meet the specific social/emotional needs of children and caregivers.

• Provide ongoing therapy using evidence-based practices while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress within our electronic health record system.

• Act as a vital liaison among educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and coordination for optimal patient care.

• Educate parents and caregivers on responsive parenting techniques that promote emotional and behavioral growth in children, incorporating their family values and concerns.

• Utilize knowledge of cultural competency to deliver sensitive and knowledgeable care across all stages of life, from childhood through adulthood.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
