Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with clients. As part of the support team for schools, you will conduct sessions via telehealth platforms and utilize digital tools to manage case files and patient interactions securely. You will work collaboratively with educators and health professionals to ensure that our students receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students using interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to identify mental health-related issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and health plan regulations.

• Facilitate therapy and counseling sessions to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, holding a diverse caseload of students.

• Regularly review and document client case files for quality and compliance, ensuring all necessary assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes are complete and accurate.

• Collaborate with clients, family members, and other professionals to create discharge plans and ongoing support strategies for students transitioning out of therapy.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain updated and compliant patient data.

Your primary client focus will be on school-aged individuals who may face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW).
