Meiborg Warehousing is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help expand our warehousing and logistics business throughout Northern Illinois and surrounding markets. What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, distribution, retail, and related industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer supply chain challenges and recommend tailored warehousing and logistics solutions
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
• Conduct sales presentations, facility tours, and customer meetings
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional service delivery
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer information
• Represent Meiborg Warehousing professionally in the marketplace and at industry events

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or B2B services
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings
