Manager duties include:

• Leading a staff of 15+
• Managing staff to perform all duties satisfactorily in keeping with Kincaid's standards
• Maintaining a clean store throughout the day
• Regularly use of POS and inventory control systems
• Adhering to all Kincaid's recipe and food quality standards
• Ordering and keeping a tight inventory
• Building relationships with customers
