Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist

The Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist will support the day-to-day execution of loyalty, credit, direct mail and gift card program initiatives designed to grow membership, increase spend and drive visit frequency. This role partners closely with the manager to help bring program strategies to life through organized execution, cross-functional coordination and timely follow-through. Responsible for supporting internal and external partners in the planning, calendarization, creative development, execution and analysis of Loyalty & Credit program initiatives, while also coordinating direct mail programs for the Brand. This role serves as a key execution contact for third-party partners and works closely with internal creative teams to help manage briefs, offer details, timelines, assets, approvals and program launch readiness.

The impact you can have:

• Support loyalty, credit, direct mail and gift card program initiatives through organized day-to-day execution including creative brief development, offer coordination, timing, versioning and launch readiness.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives by tracking execution details, helping gather results and documenting learnings.
• Serve as a day-to-day execution contact for third-party program partners.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams & external partners on briefs, offer messaging, creative requests, routing, feedback, approvals and final asset delivery.
• Support cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Data & Analytics, CRM, Legal, Finance, Store Operations and external partners to keep program execution moving forward.
• Track partner deliverables, timelines and open items to help ensure programs launch accurately and on schedule.
• Create and maintain departmental archives to house program-related documentation, including calendars, analyses, creative briefs, approvals and assets.
• Help manage communication related to program initiatives, including updates, direction and execution details for key stakeholders in Marketing, Store Operations, Field teams and other groups.
• Pull reports, organize data and help identify insights related to the member journey and program experience.

You'll bring to the role:

• College degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, credit, program coordination, project coordination or a comparable role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience supporting projects, timelines, go-to-market planning and cross-functional processes.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organization and follow-through skills.
• Clear, concise communicator, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working with internal teams, creative teams, and third-party partners to coordinate details and resolve open items.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with members of the cross-functional and external teams.
• Proactive, solutions-first approach with the ability to communicate risks, changes and next steps clearly.
• Experience coordinating with creative teams or outside agencies preferred.
