Sona Dermatology & MedSpa in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We are looking for a provider with a background in medical dermatology and experience in aesthetic medicine who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dermatology experience and knowledge of both medical and cosmetic dermatology. The successful candidate will be comfortable evaluating and treating common skin conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients on their options.

Experience with cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures is highly valued. We are seeking a detail-oriented provider who can work independently while prioritizing patient safety and quality care.

Compensation, Bonuses & Relocation Assistance

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with performance-based bonuses. A sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates, as well as relocation assistance for providers interested in relocating to Greensboro, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea.

• Perform dermatologic examinations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
\n
• Identify suspicious skin lesions and determine appropriate next steps, including biopsies or referrals when indicated.
\n
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, skincare, and preventive care.
\n
• Provide aesthetic treatments based on training and experience, including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation.

• Conduct medical and aesthetic consultations to address patients' individual needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience preferred.
\n
• Experience in medical dermatology and cosmetic or aesthetic treatments preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
