Director of Supply Chain (Hybrid) - Lorton, VA | $200K-$210K We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, logistics, supplier management, and inventory operations supporting U.S. Government contracts. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance, DCMA standards, and government contracting environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with program delivery and government requirements Lead procurement and subcontracting activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and award management Ensure CPSR readiness and support DCMA/DCAA audits Oversee supplier performance, risk mitigation, and subcontractor relationships Define and track KPIs (on-time delivery, cost savings, quality, small business utilization) Partner with Program Management, Contracts, and Operations to drive mission success Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, including training on compliance and best practices Maintain strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations and audit requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 10-15+ years of supply chain/procurement experience, including 5+ years in leadership Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and government contracting compliance Experience with ERP/SCM systems (SAP, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle) Proven success in supplier negotiations, cost control, and process improvement Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Active security clearance preferred Benefits Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
