Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the Caribou Coffee team. This growth role focuses on developing future leaders who can think strategically about the store as well as the district and the brand as a whole. Position Overview The AGM works closely with the General Manager to run the store, drive sales, and create a positive experience for team members, guests, and the community. Place, receive, and verify orders; conduct inventory; control waste and dates. Think holistically about store success beyond the current shift. Skills and Qualifications 1‑3 years of restaurant or retail experience with a strong customer service focus. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends. Minimum age 18. Preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Physical Requirements Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for 4–8 hours, and the ability to accomplish these requirements with or without reasonable accommodations. Compensation Range $16.52 – $27.53 per hour Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. **Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position.
