Physicians own and operate their own practice entity, while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. Physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market, subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. Physicians govern clinical operations, clinical decisions, and set patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. About MedCBO MedCBO is a healthcare administrative services organization that supports physicians in operating independent medical practices across multiple U.S. markets. The service model is structured to align with corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) principles, allowing physicians to maintain ownership and clinical control while receiving non‑clinical administrative and operational support.
