You will work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to step into a broader, more strategic role over time. This position is best suited for someone who is structured, proactive, and confident operating independently. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple clients or entities Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Lead month-end and year-end close processes Oversee inventory accounting and reporting (as applicable) Support tax return preparation and compliance Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Utilize QuickBooks and related systems Identify and implement process improvements Communicate financial insights clearly to clients and leadership Experience & Background 3–5+ years of experience in Big 4, large regional, mid-tier public accounting, and/or corporate accounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred Technical Skills Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Financial statement preparation Inventory accounting Tax accounting and return support Core Competencies Highly organized and structured Self-starter with strong initiative and ownership mindset Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented Emotionally intelligent and client-focused Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment Solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset This is more than a Senior Accountant role—it is a pathway to leadership.
