Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.Position Overview:The purpose of the Production Scheduler's role is to plan and schedule appropriate production runs based on inventory and demand. The incumbent in this position will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and analyzing data in the SAP system.Your Day-to-Day:Plan, prepare and evaluate manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation based on SAP order entryExpedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditionsMaintain SAP integrity May be responsible for Resale Inventory (Imports) Analyze and monitor inventory dailyEnter production and warehouse transfers in SAP systemPrepare production reportsMay be required to perform other related duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Team:High School /Technical School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in physical distribution or a production role in a manufacturing environmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookWorking knowledge of SAP systems Solid analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to work independentlyMinimal travel required (0-10 days per year)Work environment is typical of an office setting.
