Keffer Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Auto Sales Manager to lead our team of sales consultants, drive sales performance, and foster growth within the dealership. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and profitability.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to optimize sales campaigns and promotions.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Auto Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales process.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
