Available Shifts:
6am - 6pm
6pm - 6am
2pm - 10pm
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents. With a focus on excellence in care and well-being, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:
Document residents clinical details, including vitals and temperature
Administer medications and injections to residents as needed
Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed
Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Monitor residents food and liquid intake and output
Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Requirements:
Current NY State LPN License
Excellent work ethic
