Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide
Upscale Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care for senior and disabled individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with daily personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure comfort and happiness
Requirements
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Finger check clearance card
Qualifications
• Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively
• Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity
• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families
• Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to help others
