Training Program Coordinator

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate global and regional training programs and sessions.
- Manage training schedules, participant communication, and logistics.
- Maintain LMS records, attendance, completion data, and training materials.
- Collaborate with HR teams, trainers, vendors, and global stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of relevant L&D, HR, or training coordination experience.
- Pharma, biotech, or life sciences experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. xhyhwjd
- Bachelor's degree preferred; business-fluent English required.
- Comfortable working onsite 1–4 days per week based on training needs and handling training materials weighing 20–25 lbs.
