Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the location. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and when appropriate, responding to emergency and other security-related situations. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may need attention. Monitor assigned areas, control access as directed, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or policy violations in a timely manner. Communicate with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, concerns, and/or changing conditions at the location. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
