Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity every day.

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or contractor entry requirements, and communicate post orders, facility rules, and restricted area guidelines in a professional manner.
- Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or unusual behavior, and assisting with incident response in accordance with established protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
