Medical Engagement Lead

The Role We are seeking a scientifically credible, deeply curious, and exceptionally engaging Medical Engagement Lead to be the external scientific voice of EndlessDx. This person will represent EndlessDx at medical conferences, professional society events, and partner meetings—leading presentations, sparking conversations, and getting clinicians, researchers, and pharma partners genuinely excited about what we’re building. You will be fluent in the science of lipids, Lp(a), and cardiometabolic risk, and you will make that science accessible and compelling to any audience. You don’t just know the material—you love it, and it shows. This role sits within the Sales & Marketing team and is an opportunity to be the scientific face of a company doing genuinely important work in preventive medicine. Key Responsibilities External Scientific Engagement: Represent EndlessDx at medical conferences, professional society meetings, and partner events. Lead public‑facing presentations and scientific discussions that communicate the value and impact of our diagnostic capabilities. Pharma & Society Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical partners, medical professional societies, and key opinion leaders in cardiovascular and preventive medicine. Ecosystem Development: Identify and develop relationships with clinical and research stakeholders who can benefit from integrating EndlessDx diagnostic capabilities into their programs. Partner Onboarding & Support: Help guide partners and collaborators through onboarding as they launch diagnostic‑enabled programs. Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline of partnership and engagement opportunities arising from conference and field activity. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure scientific messaging is accurate, compelling, and aligned with company strategy. What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Success means becoming a recognizable, trusted scientific voice for EndlessDx across the cardiovascular and preventive medicine ecosystem. Key indicators include: A growing calendar of conference appearances and external engagement opportunities Strong relationships established with pharma partners, professional societies, and key opinion leaders Positive feedback from audiences and partners on the quality and credibility of scientific presentations Tangible pipeline of partnerships and collaborations generated through field activity Expanding recognition of EndlessDx as a trusted diagnostics partner in the Lp(a) and cardiometabolic space You Might Come From This is a unique role without a single obvious career path leading into it. We’re open to backgrounds that combine scientific fluency with strong communication and relationship‑building skills. People who have thrived in roles like these tend to be a great fit: Healthcare Consulting: You spent time at a top‑tier consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.) working on healthcare or life sciences engagements. You can learn any subject deeply and quickly, structure complex ideas clearly, and command a room. You’re ready to trade decks for real‑world impact. Clinical or Laboratory Research: You’ve worked in or alongside clinical or lab research environments and understand how the science is done. You may not have a PhD, but you speak the language, you understand the rigor, and you can translate it credibly to external audiences. Medical Science Liaison (MSL): You’ve done this kind of work before—building scientific relationships with KOLs, presenting clinical data, and serving as a credible bridge between science and the field. You’re looking for a more entrepreneurial environment where you can build something, not just execute a playbook. Medical or Clinical Education: You have a clinical background—nursing, PA, or similar—and have moved into education, training, or outreach. You know how to meet people where they are scientifically and make complex topics click. You’re energized by engagement, not just instruction. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a scientific, clinical, medical affairs, consulting, or commercial role within diagnostics, pharma, or health technology. Deep working knowledge of lipid biology, lipoprotein(a), and cardiometabolic risk—or a demonstrated ability to learn and own highly technical subject matter quickly. Proven track record as a compelling public speaker or science communicator. Experience presenting at or attending medical conferences or professional society meetings. Existing relationships within cardiovascular medicine, preventive cardiology, pharma, or related ecosystems. Comfort working closely with commercial teams to translate scientific engagement into business outcomes. Advanced degree in a life science, medicine, or related field is a plus but not required.
