Project Manager W&D

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead visioning, road mapping, and execution of warehouse and distribution transformation initiatives.
• Manage large, complex, multi-year cross-functional programs involving internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate dependencies across business functions, processes, and systems.
• Partner with project champions and business leaders to evaluate strategic options and drive key decisions.
• Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with transformation goals.
• Define program goals, milestones, success metrics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Quantify business impacts and prepare stakeholders for organizational change.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks in accordance with Safety Management System (SMS) practices.
• Provide regular updates and executive-level presentations to senior leadership and Tech Ops strategic forums.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational capabilities, and technology initiatives.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid models).
• Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of business transformation and operational modernization initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and deliver to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with software development frameworks and system implementation projects.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of airline supply chain operations (preferred).
