We’re hiring an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist who will play a hands‑on role in elevating patient care at a nationally recognized Academic Medical Center. This dynamic, patient‑centered position involves building meaningful relationships with patients and providers while delivering high‑quality medication management on site in clinic and via virtual patient assessments under a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA). Location Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, Everett, WA Salary Employees who perform this role in Washington can expect a salary rate between $130,000 and $150,000 (hourly equivalent: approximately $62.50 – $72.12 per hour, based on a 40‑hour workweek). Bonus compensation is governed by applicable bonus plans. Partner with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to order individualized care plans under a CPA and promote seamless medication coordination. Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety, identify optimization needs, and intervene as appropriate. Support quality‑improvement and REMS initiatives. Provide recommendations to operations by supporting teammates with complex prior authorizations, improving workflows, educating patients, and maintaining ongoing clinical development.
