Workday Payroll Integration Engineer

Job Details RESPONSIBILITIES: KEYSERIES's client located in NYC is seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Integration Developer to support and enhance their Workday environment, with a strong focus on payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and advanced reporting using BIRT. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, particularly for payroll using PECI and PICOF
- Build and optimize integrations using Workday Studio
- Develop custom reports using Workday Report Designer and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
- Provide technical documentation and support for ongoing maintenance and enhancements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Workday certification is not required, but is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday integration development
- Strong expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input File)
- Proven experience with Workday Studio
- Extensive experience with Workday Report Designer and BIRT layout/design
- Previous hands-on BIRT development is essential
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
