Infusion Systems Sales Specialist - San Diego/Las Vegas

Infusion Systems Territory Manager As an Infusion Systems Territory Manager, you represent Baxter and its infusion products, building trust and relationships with healthcare professionals. You provide solutions, conduct sales presentations, and deliver product information and demonstrations to doctors and nurses. Primary responsibilities include: Achieving sales quotas and implementing sales strategies to meet product volume, mix, and profit objectives. Calling on prospective customers, delivering effective sales presentations, and providing technical and administrative product information or demonstrations. Monitoring sales against forecasts and determining market potential for the territory. Working closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Providing feedback to supervisors and marketing personnel for marketing policy, product line revisions, and pricing changes. Promoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities. Territory: San Diego, CA to Las Vegas, NV Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma or GED. Prior capital equipment sales experience is a plus. Knowledge of IV therapy and related products is a plus. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze and interpret data for sales targeting strategies. Travel required, visiting remote or urban areas individually or with others. Pay: $88,000 - $121,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.
