Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Pay for this position ranges from $48–58 per hour, depending on experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid and current OTR license (no OTAs for this role)
• Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to participate in team meetings
• Dedication to supporting students’ functional and academic growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct OT services to a diverse K-12 population
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and professional standards
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to address students’ needs in classroom and non-classroom settings
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise to support individualized student goals
