Installation Technician

Installation Technician

Build, troubleshoot & power the technology behind the world's most advanced semiconductor facilities.

4-Day Work Week | Three Days Off Every Week | Long-Term Career Growth | Clean High-Tech Environment

Looking for more than just another maintenance or technician job?

We're searching for hands-on problem solvers who enjoy figuring out how complex equipment works, taking things apart, fixing issues, and getting critical systems back online. If you thrive in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, military, semiconductor, HVAC, or field service environments, this is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that supports one of the world's most advanced manufacturing industries.

This role places you inside a state-of-the-art semiconductor facility where you'll install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain sophisticated vacuum, gas, chemical delivery, and abatement systems that keep production running around the clock.

Every day presents a new challenge, and every successful repair makes a direct impact on operations.

Why This Role Stands Out

• Consistent first-shift schedule with three consecutive days off each week.
• Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment rather than an outdoor job site.
• Join a company known for stability, long-tenured leadership, and internal promotion opportunities.
• Gain exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment and technology.
• Build skills that are highly transferable across industrial maintenance, automation, manufacturing, and engineering careers.
• Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities available upon permanent hire.
• Wellness and healthcare assistance benefits.
• Short-term and long-term disability coverage for added peace of mind.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Installation Technician, you'll be the expert responsible for bringing critical equipment online, maintaining peak performance, and resolving issues before they impact production.

Your day may include:

• Installing and commissioning complex industrial systems throughout the facility.
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment faults.
• Troubleshooting vacuum pumps, abatement systems, and specialty gas delivery equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Reading blueprints, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
• Using meters, micrometers, hand tools, and precision test equipment to evaluate performance.
• Identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Documenting repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance data.
• Partnering with engineers, technicians, and operations personnel to support production goals.
• Maintaining strict compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.
