This is a commission-based parts sales position and has great opportunities for growth.ResponsibilitiesHelp customers in obtaining all necessary parts to keep their trucks on the road with Elite ServiceCommunicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales processCommunicate with customers in a professional and friendly mannerBe able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up partsAnswers phone calls, provide price quotes and other informationAbility to pull and fill orders from stockLocates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessaryFollow processes to ensure payment of ordersSet up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-upOther duties and tasks, as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales ExperienceAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentSelf-motivated and disciplinedHave strong organizational and time management skillsCommunicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employeesAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsMust be able to use multiple computer systems within WindowsIf remote, high-speed internet required (100mbps+)Preferred QualificationsProcede Sales ExperienceDTNA Parts Sales ExperienceBi-Lingual - English/Spanish
