You will spend time on the production floor supporting employees, coaching performance, assisting with onboarding, and building strong relationships with supervisors and management.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership experience while making a direct impact on employee success.On-Site Staffing Lead Job DutiesCoach, train, and provide ongoing support to employeesConduct regular employee check-ins and provide performance feedbackBuild strong relationships with department leads, supervisors, HR, and managementSupport employee onboarding and new-hire trainingWork side-by-side with employees on the production floorProvide break relief and production support when neededMonitor attendance, performance, and employee engagementAddress employee concerns and communicate updates to Verstela and client leadershipPromote a safe, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free work environmentReinforce safety procedures and workplace expectationsPay $23–$25 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule Monday–Friday 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM Shift times may vary depending on business needs.On-Site Staffing Lead Requirements2+ years of experience in a lead role within a fast-paced production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environmentExperience coaching, training, or providing direction to employeesComfortable working hands-on alongside employees in a production environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build positive relationships with employees and client leadershipBasic computer proficiencyAbility to handle employee concerns and performance conversations professionallyReliable transportation for travel between the client facility and Verstela's Phoenix officeBenefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Virtual Care Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Leadership Development TrainingLocation Phoenix, AZ Weekly travel to the Verstela Phoenix office is required.
