What You'll Bring:- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and repairs
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Experience with industrial or field mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with HVAC, hydraulics, or pneumatic systems
- Certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or specific mechanical trade certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred
- At least 3 years of hands-on mechanical technician experience, ideally in industrial settings
- Prior travel and field service experience is a plus
- Ability to travel regularly to North Dakota and other locations as needed
- Willingness to work on a 7/7 or 8/6 rotation schedule
- Valid driver's license; fleet vehicle and fuel card provided
- Per diem and travel expenses covered for overnight stays in ND, WY, Denver, and Ohio when applicable
