Industrial Product Manager, Automotive Aftermarket

Responsible for leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization for the Industrial aftermarket segment, ensuring growth, profitability, and market competitiveness for Dayco’s Industrial Aftermarket in North America.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute product roadmap for Industrial aftermarket. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and supply chain. Drive pricing strategy and margin improvement. Lead product launches, marketing collateral, and training. Monitor product performance and phase‑in/phase‑out strategy.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years in product management within automotive or industrial aftermarket.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & BEHAVIORS
Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership. Market‑driven decision making. Ability to manage product lifecycle. Understanding of industrial power transmission products. Knowledge of aftermarket channels and distribution. Competence with product data management and analytics tools. Strategic thinking.
