Director, PX & Stars Quality Improvement

Humana is seeking a Director, Stars PX Program to lead the survey strategy across CAHPS and HOS, aligning ownership, governance, and execution to translate member insights into provider, market, and enterprise actions that improve Stars performance. The role oversees the PX operating model, drives executive-ready updates, and partners with Stars, CAHPS, HOS, Markets, and technology to close gaps in prioritization and accountability within the Stars Operations arena. #J-18808-Ljbffr Humana
