Senior Fire Sprinkler Project ManagerWe are actively seeking an experienced Senior Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join a growing team in Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level PM looking for a long-term home with a company handling a strong mix of large-scale new construction and complex retrofit/upfit projects.This role offers a balanced mix of office and field responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects from preconstruction through final delivery while maintaining strong relationships with field teams, GCs, engineers, and ownership groups.ResponsibilitiesManage fire sprinkler projects from kickoff through closeoutOversee budgeting, scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, and executionCoordinate with design teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and AHJsAttend project meetings and perform regular site visitsSupport field operations and help drive projects to successful completionHandle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationEnsure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with NFPA standardsPreferred Background5+ years of Fire Sprinkler Project Management experienceStrong background in commercial new construction and tenant improvement/upfit workKnowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection systemsExperience working closely with field operations and installation teamsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase salary ranging from $130K - $160K depending on experienceBonus opportunitiesVehicle allowance/company vehicleMedical, dental, visionPTO and paid holidaysLong-term growth opportunity with a stable and expanding organizationWe are looking for someone who can step in immediately, lead projects confidently, and become a key long-term part of the organization's continued growth in the Southern California market.
