Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring a Software Quality Test Engineer in San Diego, CA. As a Software Quality Test Engineer, you will: Work closely with a global cross functional team to validate and quality test HMI software applications utilizing the Agile development and test process Evaluate and validate software applications. Execute, add new test scripts on test automation suite for validating software changes. Replicate quality issues reported by our customers and field users Work closely with the development to determine appropriate solutions for quality issues. Actively participate in quality review process. This is a 6-month temp assignment, working 100% onsite at the San Diego Facility. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm plus overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have: Completed Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems 2+ years of software quality testing Strong communication skills, to communicate with end users and business leaders Good Experience in Python Programming, Selenium WebDriver. Proven experience using Rockwell PLC and RSLogix Studio Or similar areas.
