Project/Cost Accountant

Project/Cost Accountant Our Client, a well established and rapidlygrowing construction management firm in West Palm Beach is looking for a hands‑on Cost Accountant to take ownership of project financials and partner directly with project leadership. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone with strong project accounting, cost analysis, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete experience who enjoys working close to the business. What You'll Do: Own project financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, and cost analysis Manage owner billings, change orders, commitments, accruals, and month‑end close Identify financial risks and partner with project teams to drive results What We're Looking For: 5+ years of cost, project, or construction accounting experience Strong experience with WIP, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete analysis Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC and/or Textura experience highly desirable This position will pay between 120-130K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
