AP Supervisor

Century Group's retail client is looking for an AP Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting the A/P team, identifying discrepancies with internal and external customers along with reconciling high volume accounts. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $90,000 per year.
Job Description:- Review Accounts Payable invoices and check requests for appropriate approval.
- Maintains vendor files and communicates status of payments as required.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable accounts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Assists in the development of strategic planning initiatives to improve the operational excellence of accounts payable in the corporate office.
- Process 1099s at year end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advance Excel function knowledge
- Good at following instructions and working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
- 5+ years of account payable or accounting experience required.
- 10 key experience.
- ERP experience.
