We're partnering with a well-known national company to hire a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team during an exciting period of growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys scheduling, organization, and creating a great candidate experience. What You'll Love $22–24/hour 6-month temporary assignment Monday-Thursday schedule (Enjoy every Friday off!) Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday-Wednesday in Hampton, NH | Remote Thursdays Join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring for new business growth What You'll Be Doing Coordinate interviews and manage multiple Outlook calendars Schedule candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process Assist with candidate travel arrangements when needed Maintain candidate records in the ATS Support recruiters with administrative tasks and recruiting projects Help ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from start to finish What We're Looking For 1+ year of recruiting coordinator, TA coordinator, HR, or administrative experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with an ATS or recruiting software is a plus Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset Background check required prior to start Looking to interview and hire within the next few weeks If you're looking for a great opportunity to gain experience with a large, fast-paced Talent Acquisition team, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
