The Nathan Bowers Agency | Farmers Insurance in Holland, MI is hiring for an Agent in Training. This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with paid training and ongoing coaching. A Monday–Friday schedule with hybrid flexibility is available to help you grow your book of business and advance toward agency ownership.
