Part-Time Remote Project Manager | Contract

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for our client. This is a part-time contract opportunity supporting a growing portfolio of projects. This role will coordinate cross-functional activities, track deliverables, maintain project visibility, and help ensure key initiatives stay on schedule.

Pay : $45-$50 hr. DOE

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and proactively following up with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, milestones, and action items
• Maintain Jira tickets, workflows, and project documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide project status updates
• Monitor timelines and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks
• Develop and improve project workflows and processes
• Maintain organized and accessible project documentation
• Partner with team leaders to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Advanced Jira skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong project documentation and workflow management skills

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
• Experience supporting technology, operations, product, or transformation initiatives
• PMP certification is a plus

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
