Production Supervisor, Nights

Shift Details Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Pay Range: $29.33 – $34.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour Bonuses may be awarded based on individual and company performance metrics. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. Monitor operations to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns and incidents during the shift, escalating issues as needed. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support sanitation, food safety, and equipment troubleshooting. Ensure all production and quality documentation is completed accurately and on schedule. Lead, coach, and develop shift employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and daily work direction. Qualifications At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED required; a four-year degree preferred. Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing and automation experience a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Demonstrated competencies in integrity, accountability, reliability, and teamwork.
