Examples of Duties


Under administrative direction, is responsible for assisting one or more Council members or the Clerk of Council with activities such as clerical support, researching relevant issues, as well as preparing written reports and summaries on constituents' complaints. Answers and handles both emergency and non-emergency calls from citizens. Performs other tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications


A High School Diploma or GED is required. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications. Must possess excellent verbal communication and writing skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
