If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.Job SummaryThe Clinical Care Coordinator(C3) proactively identifies and removes barriers that may impede department or system-wide patient flow by serving as a consultant and educator with medical staff regarding patient status, bed placement, payor requirements and utilization of resources. The Clinical Care Coordinator Utilization Management (C3-UM) will work proactively with external payors, Patient Financial Services, Physicians, Surgical Services, Nursing, and Behavioral Health to identify admissions. Will work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to improve patient throughput and length of stay (LOS) performance of the organization.Core CompetenciesThese competencies reflect the values and behaviors expected of all Grady team members, regardless of role.
