Job Summary:Uses a Bendi forklift and handheld scanner to pull production batch tickets, process and put away production returns, put of newly received freight, and help in other areas as needed. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, performing any combination of following duties. Drives gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory.Duties and Responsibilities:Learn how to drive Bendi forklift.Have a valid driver's license and learn how to drive a box truck.Pull materials from warehouse and provide to production floor in a timely manner.Know how to use a calculator to figure percentages.Able to lift 80+lbs on a consistent basis.Familiar with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Use weight and piece counting scales.Ability to meet timelines and prioritize job tasks.Reads work order or follows verbal instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using handtruck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow, or other device.Lifts heavy objects by hand or using poser hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds, to assist machine operators.Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area.Unloads and stacks material by rising and lowering lifting device.May inventory materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed.May weigh materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.May lubricate truck, recharge batteries, fill fuel tank, or replace liquefied-gas tank.Data entry of transactions on computer system.Put away all new freight.Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct threat to the individual or others.Assist in cycle counting of inventory as required.Elevation Labs provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
