Physical Therapist (PT)

Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team .

We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered rehabilitation services that help residents improve mobility, maximize independence, and achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess residents' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals and clinical needs.

• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.

• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

• Ensure all services are provided in accordance with the established plan of care and professional standards.

• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and other clinical activities as needed.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.

• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with residents with varying diagnoses, abilities, and needs.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
